Pro Door. Electric doors fitted to my garage with the removal of the old doors. Survey completed prior, doors ordered, and were delivered and fitted.

First class service

We just had a new Hormann Rollmatic 2 garage door and side door fitted to our detached garage. Absolutely delighted with the result. Pro-Door were first class throughout the whole process from going to the showroom and discussing options and getting a quote from Liz, through to installation. The work carried out by the team was exceptional. I’m a retired engineer and was really impressed the care and attention taken by the team to ensure everything was square and centered – the doors look absolutely fantastic. He also made sure I was a completely happy with the work as it progressed and the crew were a pleasure to deal with, making sure everything was tidied-up at the end. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro-door and am very happy we selected them for this work. I can affirm I have no commercial or any other interest in this company.

Pro door were a pleasure to deal with. The office were clear and communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. The installers were efficient and tidy and took all the rubbish away with them I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We made the right choice

We are so pleased with the door! It looks amazing and works which our old one didn’t! The installers did a brilliant job with it. It was lovely that everything got done as it should have been including the grey trim and even grey mastic being used. Thanks for keeping us informed at all stages. An excellent company to deal with. Attended quickly to assess problem and a prompt quotation received. Once parts had been sourced the repairs were undertaken in a prompt and professional manner. Friendly and Courteous throughout. Highly recommended.

Excellent product and great job done

Had a garage door replaced. New door and surround required. Survey was thorough and very soon after my initial call. Quote was competitive – slightly more than a couple of others obtained (but these others were before a survey). Was advised 4-6 weeks until door would be ready. Was contacted in week 6 and door fitted the following week. Excellent job done. Very friendly and helpful staff at all stages. I am more than happy to recommend them.

It is refreshing to come across such a customer focused business. The goods and service they supply are of an excellent quality and nothing is too much trouble. All of the staff from office to technicians were always very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend them.
